- Taking advice from consultants on Legal Matters, Court proceedings.
- Conducting internal domestic inquiries, etc.
- Ensuring all the policies, manuals and systems are in place as per the legal requirements.
- Keeps self & Team updated with external IR activities in surroundings and recommends timely actions to avoid any disturbances from smooth running of cluster.
- Development of Internal vigilance/intelligence system to get proper information to prevent cluster from any IR movements.
- Ensure statutory compliances requirement , keep update about new law changes and also share with team members and recommend changing accordingly.
- Manpower planning and rationalization for complex
- Ensure planned vs budgeted manpower in terms of quality and numbers
- Ensure Constant monitoring of recruitment cost, S&W and OH Cost lead time for recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with employee recruitment ,Onboarding, development, retention, and separation.
- Effective utilization of budget with cost effective measures
- Review and support administration to manage the key deliverables decided for the admin services provided to employees and visitors.
- Ensuring audit management for complex specific audits.
- Identify HR issues for preparation of annual plan.
- Follow the applicable statutory requirements,ISO45001, BRC, SA8000, ISO9001, ISO50001, ISO14001 & BSC Five Star OHS and Process Safety Management specification latest requirements.
- Ensure HIRA, JSA, Audit Internal/External Compliance Audit, incident Reporting and investigation, Trainings, employee participations, wellbeing management, work permit audit, health surveillance OHS/PSM performance and improvements in review meetings.
