Job Purpose :
- To prepare pool of Human resource to meet with organisation current as well as future requirements.
Roles :
Planning :
- Plan manpower requirements for the organisation in alignment with organisation objectives and ensure recruitment of manpower as per sanctioned strength and capability.
- Plan and implement recruitment and induction schedules to have manpower available on time and of the desired quality.
- Plan and conduct effective performance review exercises for expectation and reward management and identify key areas of performance improvement and employee development.
- Plan and implement effective training and development activities for employee engagement and development.
- Plan and conduct induction and refresher training for health, safety and bio-security administration for new and old employees.
Operations :
- Ensure effective arrangements for timely selection and recruitment procedures.
- Ensure effective day to day functioning of the department to support operations and all organisation functions.
- Maintain prompt and accurate update of records to ensure timely and error free disbursement of employee dues.
- Organize effective induction programs for on boarding of new employees.
- Conduct exit interviews of departing employees and identify areas where effective intervention can ensure retention in future.
- Ensure high quality interaction with statutory authorities to address all matters relating to statutory compliances.
- Ensure prompt follow up and attendance of all litigation matters to ensure nil loss of cases due to non attendance.
- Perform any other task assigned by management.
Compliance and Bio-Security administration :
- Monitor and ensure implementation of all bio- security norms and practices are observed by employees and visitors to the premises with nil violation of Standard Operating Procedures in this respect.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure implementation and adherence to all compliance and risk mitigation processes.
- Improve, implement and introduce processes to ensure implementation of policies and procedures to strengthen compliance and bio-security regulations in coordination with process heads.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory rules and norms for human resources practices and policies
- Ensure implementation and adherence to all operational policies ensuring nil violations.
MIS :
- Ensure 100% error free submission of all information and reports.
- Maintain schedules for submission of all reports adhering to scheduled timelines.
- Ensure timely submission of all statutory returns to concerned government departments on time ensuring zero complaints and penalties due to non compliance.
- Ensure sanctity of data and prompt retrieval of information as and when required.
Job Specifications :
Education : Post Graduate in Human Resource.
Experience : 4-9 years of experience in the field of Human Resource.
Knowledge & Skill :
Knowledge : Conversant with prevalent HR Practices and application in Business context
