We have a suitable opening in the Operations Division for the role of HR Manager, based in Baddi Plant. You come with a relevant experience of 7-10 years. In this role, you will be completely responsible for Plant HR-related activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attract, Select and identify talent, and direct career management and succession plans alongside the DHR in order to develop the motivation and commitment of talent, reinforce retention and ensure optimization of skills within the Group.
- Implement end-to-end HR Process that involves Employee Life cycle, MIS & Budget, Identifying the Training needs, Performance Management, Organisation design, and Employee Relations.
- Ensure legal security at both individual and collective levels and compliance with HR processes and practices, according to applicable legal provisions, in consultation with managers.
- Outline business issues for his/her unit regarding HR issues and projects, anticipate and accompany operational requirements and organizational changes, acting as a strategic business driver.
- Create conditions for a high-quality social environment, in particular alongside social partners, and strengthen the quality of life in the workplace.
- Consolidate and analyze HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and annual reports for his/her area of activity, according to defined objectives.
- Strengthen and promote the company's image, as well as its diversity, by ensuring respect for the Group's values and code of ethics.
- Manage a team by monitoring the development of expertise and skills.
Key Deliverables:
Talent Acquisition & Engagement:
- Plan and execute the Plant Strategic Hiring requirements in line with Plant Budget HC including Third Party Vendors.
- Responsible for Onboarding and orientation of all the new joiners
- Drive employee engagement programs through proactive and structured interventions
- Handle grievances and concerns with empathy and bring them to closure
- Keeps a proactive check on the general employee well-being engagement levels and intervenes actively when necessary
Learning & Development:
- Identifying the need for training development programs of plant teams
- Actively build a culture of learning by sharing best practices and knowledge-sharing across the plant
Legal/Process Compliance:
- 100% statutory Compliance
- Managing HR expense and administration
- Driving HR QEHS initiatives
- Managing HR audits & System compliance
- Networking with Country/Zone HR teams to drive HR agendas in the plant.
Performance Management:
- Partner with the line managers to address performance gaps and facilitates discussions/processes to assess appropriate action
- Guide the line Managers on all aspects of performance management including feedback and performance coaching
MIS/ Reporting /Compensation & Benefits:
- Monitor internal HR systems and monthly reporting
- Preparing & Controlling of HR Budget
- Data accuracy & analysis
- Payroll inputs and manpower invoice compliance

- Strong Business Communication skills with the ability to influence and convince stakeholders by objectively presenting challenging views
- Proficient in handling employee issues with sensitivity, objectivity and empathy

- Reports to Plant HR Head
- Internal Stakeholders - Plant teams, Country HR Team, R&I, Global and Zone HR Teams
- External Stakeholders - Third Party Manpower/ Service Vendors, Recruitment Consultants, College Campuses, and Local & Govt Authorities.
