Manager/Senior Manager - Human Resources - India's most renowned Conglomerate
The role is a combination of COE and business partnering. The position holder will have a broad spectrum of responsibilities but focus on areas pertaining to diversity and inclusion and HR analytics will take priority.
Experience diversity & inclusion and HR analytics is a MUST have.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Research and explore industry trends and adopt best practices to increase workforce diversity and cultivate an inclusive environment.
- Identify and organize mediums to engage with diversity talent.
- Develops and implements D&I programs and metrics.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement charter for employee and family engagement and drive employee volunteering initiatives.
HR analytics:
- Spearhead attrition action planning and implementation. Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions.
- Work on special projects in areas like HR automation and analytics.
- Recruitment Effectiveness - focus on Candidate experience:
- Design and implement scalable process and engagement of gig workforce.
- Implement model for monitoring quality of hire and deliver - wow- experience for candidates and new joiners.
