To lead the Design & Implementation COE & HR Process. To interface with the Managing director on behalf of the HR team. To redesign the organisation core Human Resource Process with intent to contemporize, enhance employee experiences and Business Impact.
Job Responsibilities:
To design and manage the following HR Process:
a) On boarding and Candidate Experience
b) Top Talent program
c) Campus hiring Program
d) Communication Forums
2. To Design HR Policy framework
3. To closely work with the Managing Directors office
4. To design an employer brand strategy and engage with marketing team to implement the same
5. To study the Best Practices both within and outside the Industry to continuously benchmark the organisation
Educational Qualification : MBA from Premier Institute
Work Experience : 8 - 10 years of work experience
