Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced HR CoE Manager to support the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on key HR areas such as talent management, performance frameworks, learning and development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in designing HR strategies, managing projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR frameworks for talent management, including succession planning, career pathways, and leadership development programs.
- Support the design and execution of performance management systems that drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement.
- Create and manage learning and development initiatives to build employee skills and meet organizational growth objectives.
- Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement and retention through targeted strategies informed by workforce analytics and surveys.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and functional leaders to ensure effective roll-out and adoption of CoE programs across teams.
- Research and apply HR best practices to keep frameworks aligned with industry standards and evolving business needs.
- Monitor and report on the impact of HR initiatives using analytics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance and consistency in their application.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR strategy, CoE, or specialized HR functions such as talent or performance management.
- Strong understanding of HR frameworks, including talent planning, learning and development, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in HR analytics and reporting tools, with strong data interpretation and presentation skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and other HR tools.
