Job Role: Warehouse HR manager / Senior manager

Travel: Required monthly to different warehouse locations Pan - India
Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations in our warehouses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, employee relations, payroll , grievance redressal , employee retention and compliance with labour laws and regulations along with site wise HR executives. The HR Manager will report into the central HR team and work closely with the warehouse management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations :
- Develop and implement strong HR policies and SOPs that align with the company's values and goals.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement training and development programs for warehouse staff, including orientation and on-the-job training.
- Manage employee relations , oversee engagement activities and provide guidance and counselling to employees and site HRs on HR-related matters.
- Travel monthly / quarterly to warehouse locations pan India to ensure effective on ground implementation of HR policies and practices.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
Strategy :
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices and make recommendations to improve long term HR operations in warehouse.
- Manage critical new projects like warehouse integration with subsidiaries , new warehouse launch and setup , HRMS implementation etc. whenever required.
- Take data backed calls on setting up initiatives to reduce employee attrition and improve overall happiness scores.
Analytics :
- Manage employee performance and conduct regular performance evaluations, salary benchmarking and correction exercises.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare data backed insights to help with Employee ENPS improvement initiatives , Attrition reduction and better manpower planning.
- Develop and manage the HR budget and monitor HR expenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office , Excel and HRMS.
