Manager/Senior Manager Performance Management COE HR
- Candidate should have expertise in performance management and 6-13 years of relevant HR experience.
- Candidate should have extensively managed end-to-end performance management and related processes (such as 360, promotions, goal setting, performance improvement plan execution, etc.)
- Candidate should have technical depth on performance management concepts, principles, and modern performance management tools/platforms
