Job Title: Manager/Sr.Manager - HR & IR
Department: Human Resources
Location: Dombivli, Mumbai
Report to: Head of HR, India, ME & Africa
JOB STATEMENT :
The role of the Human Resources/Industrial Relations Manager will be to promote industrial peace and harmony by grooming committed, competent & cultured workforce at both Dombivli and Ambernath factories.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The responsibilities will include:
- Talent acquisition
- Manpower planning
- Talent Engagement & retention
- Talent Development, Understanding learning needs of individual employees.
- Facilitating smooth work culture & enforcing discipline
- Change Agent, identify needs for change, be facilitator of change
- Maintain regular HR-MIS
- Maintain harmonious Industrial relations
- Employee Welfare - Both statutory & voluntary
- Statutory Compliance - pertaining to various labour legislations - Ensure compliance with various labour regulations, including ESI Act, Factories Act, etc
- Analysis of regular statistical and management reports on employee turnover, absenteeism, sickness, etc
- Regulating Contract Labour
- Employee Grievance Handling
- Employee Engagements
- Canteen & Security Administration
- Health, Hygiene & Safety
- Time & Attendance System
- Wage Administration
- Employee Separation (Superannuation, dismissal, discharge, death etc)
- Collective bargaining/Handling work committees
RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY :
- Report directly to the Head of HR, India, ME & Africa & dotted line to Head-Manufacturing
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
- Post Graduation in HR and IR or Equivalent
- 14 -20 years of experience in the entire gamut of HR and IR activities.
