Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute employee lifecycle initiatives from hire to retire.
- Should be hands on, yet grown to be a leader who will build HR and can manage key relationships, including expats.
- Take data-driven initiatives to build a great people-first culture in the team.
- Someone who can drive HR initiatives with key metrics like diversity, productivity, and performance.
- Work closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, address grievances and improve overall employee satisfaction.
- Demonstrates people analytics skills with knowledge of the latest trends to make the HR function seamless and agile.
- Should be hands-on with the implementation of best practices and tools for hiring, onboarding, L&D, engagement, PMS, exits etc. across the employee lifecycle.
- Should be forward-looking in people and cultural practices.
- Should have Exposure to Payroll & Compliance.
