For HR - Recruitment (IC role) :
- Comprehensive- understanding of the position.
- Sourcing- suitable candidate profiles by using various media such as headhunting (major focus), the internet, job portals, cold-calling techniques, Candidate Networking, existing databases and references; market mapping, mapping organizational structure, etc, and initiating the first level of interactions with candidates.
- Contacting- available candidates through phone or email and briefing them on the position.
- Proactive- & In-depth research of candidate and the companies from where the potential candidate could be sourced, including information about Organization Structure and future plans of the company.
- Creating- new and updated search lists for all assignments.
- Ensuring- that basic credentials required in hiring a resource are met and also sending the profiles to the client in a stipulated time.
