Manager/ Sr Manager-HR
- Responsible for the Entire Employee Life cycle management.
- Developing and implementing HR strategy roadmap to align the same with the busines strategy and imperatives.
- Develop, Review, streamline, formulate and implement HR Policies & Procedures to align the same with the best practices in the industry.
- Implementation of Performance Management System through facilitating the setting of robust KRAs, periodic review, annual appraisal and feedback process via Performance and Development Dialogue and roll out of 360 degrees feedback process.
- Implementation of Competency Mapping process across the organization and linking the same to Training Needs Assessment and rolling out Learning & Development initiatives.
- Spearhead Leadership and Organization Development Initiatives.
- Facilitate define organizational vision, mission and core values and implement culture change initiatives.
- Implement initiatives to drive employee engagement levels and carry out a periodic survey to measure the same.
- Diagnose causes for employee attrition and initiate steps to drive retention levels.
- Monitor and implement required measures for statutory compliance in the related areas.
- Consistently benchmark with the best practices in the industry to implement modern HR practices.
- Assess the existing level of automation in the HR areas and lead implementation of technology wherever appropriate and essential.
Education :
- Full time MBA/PGDBM-HR from a reputed institute
Preferred Industry Exposure :
- FMCG / FMEG / Consumer Durable /Manufacturing etc but not from any IT Company
- Kolkata based candidates are preferred.
- Stability in career is a mandatory criteria ( Please do not apply if there are multiple job changes).
