Job Description :

Title : HR Head

- Looking for a seasoned HR Generalist Professional with hands on experience in the following:

- Partner with Business leaders to evolve people and talent strategy for the business and ensure its implementation.

- Handle end to end employee lifecycle including On-Boarding, Performance management, Employee Engagement and Talent Management

- Drive initiatives for Capability Development and Strategic Workforce Planning .

- Effectively track performance management (PMS) process to ensure KRAs & business expectations are aligned.

- Manage the process of identification of high potential employees and implementation of their individual development plans.

- Identify the training needs of employees, plan and implement the training calendar for the division.

Qualification : MBA( full time).
