Manager/Senior Manager - Human Resource - BFSI - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

- Initiating & driving various HR projects ( Ex. Best place to work, Compensation benchmarking, Gender diversity etc)

- Super vising the current projects like employee relations, L&D etc. Handled End to End project implementation.

- Conceptualization of the project, planning, execution of HR projects

- Liaising with external agencies like Aon Hewitt to chalk out road map for projects & programs

- MBA - HR ( Tier 1)

Job Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

- Reporting to VP-HR ( Head HR)
