- Managing the HR business partnering by ensuring timely resolution of queries and adherence to TAT of HR processes.
- Meeting Process timelines, maintaining mandate on differentiation and efficient grievance handling.
- Supporting HR Ops team in payroll process
- Ensuring 100% induction for new joiners for the zone managed
