- Build strong partnership & provide HR support to the leadership team of the region in order to achieve objectives, ensure alignment between biz.
- Plan & the employee constituency.
- Lead culture, change management, organizational & employee initiatives across region Hands on leadership of HR professional to manage the implementation of HR initiatives & services in the region to achieve business objective.
- Lead staffing and on boarding of new joinee to address the people strategy
- Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements as per law, pro-actively identify & ensure that no gaps on matters pertaining to compliance exist
