Level : Senior Manager/Manager
Experience : 12-13 years
Qualification : MBA/MHRM from reputed institute with 60% marks throughout
- Having previous experience in Auto or Auto ancillaries would be added advantage.
- Male candidates are preferred.
The role : Support development and implementation of HR plans, policies and processes w.r.t compensation, performance management, recruitment, learning & development etc. With the objective of ensuring development of human capital Within the limits of the company standards, business strategy and the HR budget.
Required : Should have exposure to a manufacturing environment and people management issues as well as a good grasp of various functional areas of HR and Industrial Relations management.
