Designation : Manager/Sr.Manager - HR
Reporting to : Executive Director
Location : Delhi
Role : Corporate HR (No IR activities)
Role Overview : The HR Manager will create world Class HR practices and Policies and help company to achieve its business objectives. The Head HR will be responsible strategic support of all human resources programs for building a Robust Organisation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Performance Management : Create and Deploy performance Management which creates a Performance driven organisation with clearly defined goals and measuring systems and Process.
Compensation and Benefits : Establishes the company Compensation Plan and at plant level wage and salary structure, pay policies and variable pay performance system for all employees.
Talent and Learning Initiatives : Drive Learning programs including technical training and ensure that programs are in line with development needs as per PM and Business needs.
Employee Engagement : Define and Drive the Employee Engagement agenda. Always acts as employee champion including voicing employees' concerns in management meetings. Create and implement effective internal employee communication forums.
Organization Development : Responsible for design and delivery of people and organisational development strategies Management of change in support of the organisation's strategic and operational plans. Include initiatives which foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm. Also decide on job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs.
HR Operations : Drives process, policy, reporting compliance. Lead Corporate office matters pertaining to transfers, promotions, separations, appointments etc for all employees
Automation: Use technology to automate HR process and practices.

- Must have corporate HR experience in a manufacturing sector
- Ability to create a Strategic plan and lead execution
