Experience - Proven track record with 5-8 years of HR experience Graduated from premier educational institutions
Responsibilities -
- Implement effective attrition management strategies
- Foster employee engagement and recognition programs
- Strategic business partnering for HR solutions
- Cost management strategies implementation Incentives management for optimal performance
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies to support them
- Analyze workforce data & trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive solutions
- Facilitate training & development initiatives to support employee growth and skill development
- Lead employee relations efforts including investigations, conflict resolution & disciplinary actions
- Extensive Travelling is required to understand the Pulse & experience of the employee.
