Manager/Senior Manager - HR Transformation - Consulting Firm

We are looking for positions in Consulting for HR domain with a leading Consulting organisation at Delhi/ NCR/ Mumbai

- 7-13 years of experience in Consulting in Human Capital domain from Big4 or Consulting organization with Full time MBA

Role & Responsibilities :

- Advising organizations in HR transformation, organizational design, job evaluation, leadership development, change management, workforce management, HR process design & end-to-end HR start-up support

- Support business development opportunities across entire opportunity life cycle including capturing client requirements, preparing compelling proposal documents, estimating commercials and staffing requirements and supporting client meetings

Project Delivery :

- The candidate will be required to deliver the projects on time. Stake holder management required.

- Created the change management strategy & change management plan HR functions

- Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas performance discussions/appraisals, allocating and reviewing work
