KRA :
- Providing various Analysis to stakeholders with regards to Attrition, Manpower Planning which includes Forecasting, Open Positions tracking, offer drops, Cost analysis and forecasting
- Correlating various data parameters with regards to Attrition, Incentives, Productivity.
- Enabling business strategy through adequate manning as per business plan
- Working closely with Business Team , TA Team and Zonal Managers to ensure effective Manning as per Business plan.
- Working with HR Digitization team to automate Dashboards / MIS on HRMS
- Implement appropriate techniques to understand attrition trends, Competition Bench-marking of Incentive Plans
- Responsible for execution of Appraisal & Promotion cycle
- Improvisation on various HR process & approaches
- All other core projects which will be under the central/corporate business vertical
