Role & Responsibilities
- Define and manage management processes (staff meetings, Ops and performance reviews)
- Work closely with the TA lead and execute on the talent strategy, goals and metrics
- Talent Acquisition performance measure and analytics. Partner with the TA audits teams
- Act as business representative on cross-functional projects, as needed
- Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders
- Work on innovation and Tech adoption projects
Desired Skills :
- Understands the TA Function and/or another client focussed HR function
- Ability to work with a senior leader and management team
- Strong influencing, communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to apply structured problem solving (taking a large, complex problem and breaking it down into components)
- Attention to detail and ability to execute against tight timelines
- Strong Operational and Organizational skills
- Balanced Strategic and Tactical approach
Minimum Qualifications
- MBA / Masters from a top Tier one institute
- 4-6 years experience in managing operations or program management across all functional areas or in one specific functional area related to HR.
