We are looking for an HR Ops & Total Rewards profile for a leading Manufacturing Industry.
Job Role:
- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient HR systems, processes, and procedures to support the overall HR function.
- Handling Employee Onboarding and Offboarding and Payroll Processing and Compliance
- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics, providing insights to HR leadership and management. And analyse HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-
- Provide support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and inquiries- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management
- Strong working knowledge on HR Operations and on ERP
- Manage service delivery of Compensation, Comp Admin, Benefits, and Pensions Admin functions for one business Overall accountability of delivery, prioritization and escalation across all teams.
- Design, build and communicate Total Rewards programs, policies, processes and practices that deliver long term HR strategy and support business goals.
- Conduct internal and external market research and analysis to plan compensation and benefits and ensure its relevance, competitiveness and affordability.
- Serve as a main point of contact for all issues related to the Total Rewards areas and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals.
- Drive refinement of the Market Intelligence processes and deliverables to ensure client expectations and deliverables are met on time and with quality.
