Hiring Senior Manager/Manager HR Operations for one of our Technology Clients headquartered in US with multiple offices in India.
Location- Bangalore
Role Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the India HR Head, this position will act as the Functional leader for HR Operations and Employee Relations vertical for Lumen India
- The incumbent will be accountable for Hire-To-Retire processes such as Onboarding, Personal & Org data changes, SNOW query management, Benefits renewal, Employee Off-cycle events, termination processes etc
- As an owner for HR systems and data, the incumbent will also own up aspects like Audit management, Payroll inputs, Vendor & invoice management, and peripheral operational management for the HR function
- The position also leads the Employee Relations vertical, which involves investigations, reporting and compliance management for critical aspects like POSH.
- As part of the India HR Leadership forum, will be responsible for any HR cross functional projects that is assigned to deliver on the overall HR goals
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of statutory requirements related to HR, reducing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance all times
Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of work experience, min 5 - 8 years of successfully leading a team
- Well versed with data protection principles, knows how to process confidential and sensitive employee information.
- Experience in handling employee grievances and principles of employee relations
- Proven track record of anchoring Audits, implementing controls and experience in HR systems integration
- Experience working in a global or multinational company with strong stakeholder management skills and knowledge of working with global distributed teams
- Project Management and Design Thinking capabilities will be an added advantage
