Essentials:
- MBA in Human Resources from Tier 1 Institute
- Experience in HR Consulting/ HR CoE roles in the Industry
- Superior analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Demonstrated track record of creating high quality analysis and contribution to client engagements
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in oral and written English
- Ability to build and develop internal and client relationships
- Willingness to travel
- Well-developed time management skills - the ability to work to deadlines and to multitask is essential
- Ability to network with clients and internal stakeholders
Job Role:

Academic Qualifications:
- MBA - Human Resource Management (Batch 2005-2011) from Tier 1 Institute
Experience:
- 5 - 11 years in Core HR Consulting (Non Comp & Benefits) or 5 - 10 years in leading organization in the HR CoE roles
