Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing the human resource function relating to sales HR activities
- Responsible for planning the manpower requirements with the support of Sales - Head and execute the same.
- Responsible for talent acquisition and Induction / Orientation for the new joinees.
- Facilitating in identifying the training needs for the entire sales team and carry out necessary training interventions through internal / external resources
- Performance management system [PMS], facilitate Key Result Area [KRA] setting, feedback & counselling and career development interventions
- Compensation Management, Conduct Survey / study on the trends in compensation and evaluate / suggest accordingly for Sales team (Direct & In direct)
- Have good understanding and knowledge in proposing sales incentive scheme.
- Regular update on sharing HR best practices in the industry with specific reference to sales team.
- Good knowledge in OD interventions and developing HR initiatives
- Managing the attrition of the team and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation.
- Employee Engagement initiatives and interventions for the sales employees

- Be an excellent communicator
- Hindi knowledge
- MS Office (Excel & powerpoint)
- Person should be willing to travel to all regional offices located around India
Education : MBA / MSW in HR from reputed institutes
