Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organization's success.
- Serve as a strategic link between HR department and its business units.
- Use evidence and data to identify people's priorities for the business and address future workforce needs.

HR Business Partner Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (masters degree preferred).
- 10+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus.
- Expertise in common HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
- In-depth understanding of all relevant legislation
