- Having experience in plant is a must for this position

- implementation of Human Resource Policy, HR Systems, procedures, and drive initiatives

- Define the talent strategy with Senior Management and Function heads and drive commitment to Talent Management outcomes for the business

- Define, plan, develop and implement HR development initiatives in consultation with OD team and interact regularly with stakeholders

- Review and analyze business unit/site data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Provide compensation support for Business Heads including salary planning, approval of salary actions, creation of new job families, promotions and job re-levelling working closely with C&B.

- Support implementation and maintenance of the HSE management system and performance.
