Role Involves 60% OD & 40% HRBP :
Defining the HR strategy with the HR Head and implementation of the same Worked as a Human Resource Business Partner.
- Conceptualize, implement and program manage the Reward and Recognition program, process and system globally to cultivate a culture of appreciation and reinforce the desired values across the organization.
- Strategize Change Management through innovative communication campaigns to equip the Site HRs and managers
- Conduct trend analysis and collected feedback from key stakeholders on program effectiveness for improvisation.
- Influence policy changes with the senior leadership to foster an employee friendly work environment.
- Design and implement engagement interventions for employees and their Benefit.
- Conceptualize OD interventions with focus on Career enhancement for talent retention.
- Streamlined HR Operations for 100% efficiency and quality of service.
- Manage HR budgets to ensure cost controls.
- Review and benchmark HR guidelines to enhance workplace productivity.
