Key points:
- Act as the key point of contact for end-to-end delivery of the HR service within the IT business unit.
- Support HRD in implementation of HR strategy & programs - Involved in strategic projects, policy amendments and change initiatives for effective talent management and development.
- Understand business strategy and map as per HR framework to facilitate business by adding value to achieve business goals.
- Responsible for leading the employee engagement action plan for the business area and ensure enhanced employee experience.
- Delivery and governance of HR policies and best practices and ensuring these are reflected in business plans.
- Provide advice and solutions which both champion the requirements of HR best practice whilst supporting the commercial needs of the business, in compliance with up-to-date employment legislation and HR best practices.
- To be responsible for consistency of HR best practice over the employee life cycle e.g Resourcing; Recruitment; Induction; Training and development needs; Performance management; Talent management; succession planning employee survey; career management while working closely with specialist teams
- Advisory Role
a.Communicate and champion changes to HR processes and procedures within the business.
b. Provide HR advice and coaching support to business line managers in all areas of staff management and employment ensuring that consistent HR policies and processes are applied at all times.
c. Work with HR Operations team to resolve high impact and complex employee relations issues whilst adhering to central policy.
- Develop and implement HR communication plan - connects, action, employee surveys. Derive analysis and action plans based on employee feedback
