HR-BP ( Manager / Senior Manager)
This headcount is for an organisation in a 0 to 1 journey building marketplace for luxury apparel. The incumbent will be the first HR headcount for the organisation hence will be pivotal in setting up a foundational block for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Attraction :
- Design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment plans.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
HR Operations :- Establish and streamline HR processes and policies to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Manage employee records, HR systems, and ensure data integrity.
- Provide guidance and support on HR matters to employees and management, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
Performance Management System (PMS) :
- Develop and implement a robust performance management system that aligns with our business objectives.
- Train and support managers in conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the PMS, making adjustments as needed to enhance performance and development.
Learning and Development :
- Identify learning and development needs across the organization and develop appropriate training programs.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other development activities to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve the learning and development offerings.
Culture Building :
- Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture a strong, positive organizational culture that aligns with our company values and goals.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging work environment through various cultural initiatives and programs.
- Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring that our values are reflected in all HR practices and employee interactions.
Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, culture building, and HR operations.
- Proven experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
