Role - Manager / Senior Manager HRBP
Exp : 6+ Yrs.
Academic- Preferred MBA /MS in HR from Tier 1 Institutes
Jo Role and Profile :
1. Sound Exp in Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting
2. Expertise in End to End Talent Acquisition, Talent Management across the boards.
3. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
4. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
6. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
7. Nurture a positive working environment
8. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
9. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
10. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
11. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
12. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

3. Knowledge of HR systems and databases
4. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

6. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
7. Degree in Human Resources or related field
8. Experience of building HR Operations setup from Scratch
9. HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Setting up HRMS/HRIS
