Roles and Responsibilities:

1. HR Business Partnering:

- Act as a strategic partner to business units, understanding their needs and challenges to drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and improve organizational performance.

2. Talent Management:

- Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring the recruitment of high-quality candidates that fit the organizational culture and meet business needs.

- Manage performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

- Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

3. Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues effectively and fostering a positive work environment.

- Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.

4. Compensation and Benefits:

- Analyze compensation trends and ensure competitive and equitable salary structures.

- Manage benefits programs and ensure they meet employee needs while aligning with organizational budget and policies.

5. HR Policies and Compliance:

- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.

- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to HR practices and regulatory requirements.

6. HR Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize HR data and metrics to generate reports that support decision-making and provide insights into HR trends and issues.

- Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates, hiring statistics, and employee satisfaction scores.

7. Organizational Development:

- Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth.

- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.

8. Collaboration:

Work closely with other HR functions (e.g., Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for HR initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: 8 to 10 years in HR roles, with a focus on HR Business Partnering in FMCG, Dairy, Agri or from Retail Industry.

- Education: Graduate; MBA preferred.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven track record in driving HR initiatives that support business objectives.

-This role requires a proactive HR professional who can strategically partner with business leaders, drive key HR processes, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
