The role is with a leading organization in Building & Home Solutions:
Required Education and Experience :
- Master's Degree in Business Management/ Human Resources from an accredited university (Preferable from tier 1 or 2 College), with around 10-12 years of relevant Human Resources generalist/ Business partnering / experience.
- COE experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in supporting senior leaders in a highly Matrix organization.
Main Activities and Responsibilities :
- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
- Support leadership in the integration of strategy, process, and people into the right structure with the right competencies and capabilities to realize the business plan and maximize performance.
- Understand the business requirements in order to ensure that HR activities and programs are ultimately aligned with business needs
- Review and analyze Sales Vertical data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and overall employee experience
- Act as trusted advisor by providing proactive and strategic HR consultancy, advice and coaching to business managers.
- Be an employee Advocate, work with Business managers and employees to address employee issues
- Assess business unit's training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate
- Lead initiatives to help organization become a Great Place to work.
- Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Drive organizational effectiveness in the organization
- Execute talent strategy for the Sales organization, inclusive of growth initiatives, leadership and Managerial development and diversity and inclusion.
- Drive employee engagement for the organization
- Lead and execute HR projects
