- Act as HR business partner for multiple stakeholders and is responsible to identify and provide support on all the HR deliverables like recruitment, employee engagement and performance management. Act as a catalyst in driving annual HR agenda in transformation journey
- Manage Talent Acquisition process : strategic hiring initiatives, pipeline management, development of sourcing channels, end to end closures on recruitment for the respective geography as per the timelines
- Supplement execution of HR Shared Services deliverables for your geography viz. confirmation, background verification, transfers and MIS management
- Drive performance management in your respective geography and work towards process improvements wherever required
- Design and drive talent management and engagement plan for your geography
- Drive Learning and Development agendas designed; Conduct induction programmes for the newly joined employees in the region and - formulate structured on-boarding process
- Take complete ownership of all HR interventions (to support business agenda) from strategy to implementation
Graduation is must; PG HR from a reputable institute preferred
5 yrs of relevant experience (preferably in BFSI sector)
