Manager/ Sr Manager HR Analytics
Job Description :
- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics. Gather benchmark data about jobs, compensation and benefits
- Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates
- Report on key recruiting metrics like time to fill and hiring costs, compensation analytics, ranges, etc
- Forecast HR costs by department and help create budgets

Description:
- Creating and delivering presentations on HR related analytics topics across the business
- Providing advice and support to numerous departments in the organization regarding HR policies, processes, and best practice
- Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions
Profile:
- Postgraduate in HR with 7 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in advanced excel and handling large volume of data
- Should have experience of working on Compensation and Benefits
