Manager/Senior Manager - HR Analytics - Return To Work
Key Accountability :
- Dive deep into a variety of adhoc human capital analyses to develop informed, meaningful insights that lead to data driven decision making
- Successfully monitor the existing and the new HR Analytical tools to enhance the usage and enable teams to maximize the outcomes
- Own HR qlickview dashboard, ensure the maximum usage of the HR tool across to reduce manual intervention
- Drive centralized HR reporting to Senior Management team that provides them a steer around key HR metrics
- Engage with the stakeholders in the team to understand the automation requirements to reduce the manual intervention
- Provide support in managing the HR scorecard and functional reviews
- Drive the senior stakeholder management for HR within country as well with region,
- Support in driving the critical central journeys as well as projects around employee experience
