- To provide management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
- To support the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
- Premium Institute MBA preferred, Should be strong in HR Analytics
Post Graduation in HR with 2+ years of experience as HR Generalist and in HR Analysis ;
- Advanced excel experience, power point, Microsoft access and making comparative analysis
- HRIS Systems Experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, and good communication skills required.
