Job Description:
About the role:
- To manage existing customers of TN and build and execute plans to increase ARPU, reduce churn across all business lines
Key responsibilities:
- Right product offering and visibility to all segments of customers
- Plan and deliver programs every month on growth and churn reduction across all business lines
- Consumer insights through telecalling, FGD, direct customer interaction to build growth strategy to increase Reduce churn across all business lines
- Regular analysis to deaverage business performance to derive analytical insights of consumer behavior
- Competition product mapping and competition performance mapping
- Identify opportunities to scale up business and grow Revenue Market Share (RMS) faster than competition
- Cross functional working with Network & Customer Experience teams and build solutions to improve customer experience
- Build growth strategy and work with sales team in execution

Skills Required :
- Urge to continuously challenge status quo and come up with innovative solutions to solve for customer problems
- Analytical aptitude to understand customer behavior crunching large set of data
- Manipulate data using Microsoft Excel to arrive at Analytical insights
- Hands on knowledge of SQL to work with large quantum of consumer data is a must
- Ability to build a story in Microsoft Presentation and present to top management
