- Create and lead growth initiatives across market, in partnership with Marketing and Ops Leaders.

- Analysed the business model, competition, customer acquisition and understand the market.

- Created all the necessary SOPs required to drive growth.

- Do financial modelling, and competitive analysis of market.

- Evaluate weekly, monthly metrics to reflect on decision making and help the stake holders in weekly / monthly budgeting for delivery partner hiring Pan-India.

- Support development and implementation of key initiatives, providing thought-leadership and testing business plans for coherence and comprehensiveness.

- Lead strategy for overall growth of company.
