- Advisory and design of finance transformation journeys for finance to become a truly global organization, better enable the business agenda and/or leverage new technological opportunities

- Implementation of touchless operations covering e.g. touchless accounts payables and digital closing. This levering automation and artificial intelligence etc.

- Implementation of new global operating models with intelligent back-office functions, digital innovation hub, finance control tower and/or build of improved business partnering capabilities

- Implementation of new advanced finance capabilities like analytics, advanced forecasting, new digital reporting tools and visualization
