Mgr/Sr Manager- Global HR Ops
- 8-12 years of strong HR Ops work experience (preferably US HR Ops background)
- Experience in handling performance management (would be added value)
- Experience in MIS (preparing headcount and attrition reports - preferred)
- Experience in handling compliance
- Worked on any of the HRMS tools like Oracle Fusion/SAP/Workday etc.
- Good verbal and written communication
- Excellent excel skills (must)
- Hands-on experience in handling audits
- Global exposure
