Manager/Senior Manager - Global Export Import - eCommerce

Reporting to: Head of Operations

Location: Gurgaon

Job Roles & Responsibilities -

- Driving growth in existing business and revenue via acquiring new sellers, influencing export policies and ease of doing business through government relationships.

- Responsible for Freight Forwarding & handling Procurement for FCL, LCL, Air Freight, Sea Freight, Road Freight, Custom Brokerage, selecting 3PL service providers, Negotiation on pricing & Services and Contract finalization with Freight Forwarders, Custom House Agents, Transporter, Courier, Warehousing etc.

- To closely work with vendors & suppliers for tracking orders and movement of shipments.

- Manage P&L through Imports & Exports and Global expansion programs.

- Prepare procurement strategies & execution plans, oversee the full array of materials management & procurement functions.

- Handle various categories of Export & Import and manage various global commercial Import Export transactions.

- Responsible for ensuring Pre-Post Import & Export Shipment Documentation.

- Responsible for import & export products classification.

- Ensuring timely issuance of post shipment documentations.

Required Skillset:

- Any Graduate with additional Degree/Diploma in related field preferred.

- At-least 4 to 5 Years of relevant experience in Cross Border Export Import operations

- Strong knowledge in shipping & logistics along with commercial knowledge & understanding of pricing & negotiation is must.

- In-depth knowledge of Foreign Trade & Customs policy & Procedures and responsible for obtaining of various licenses.

- Hands on experience in 3PL, esp. for China, US, UK & South East Asia regions preferably.

- Expert in handling Cross Border Trade (Import & Export) operations.

- Hands-on experience in Global Logistics & Supply Chain Management & Trade Compliance related matters.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
