Manager/Senior Manager - General Accounting - Tile & Bathware Business

Job Description in Accounts and Finance: -

The role will contribute to strong financial leadership for both Tile and Bathware business. S/he will be responsible for Financials, MIS, Balance Sheet, General Accounting.

- Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Ind As Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit and Loss, Statement of Changes in Equity and Cash Flow Statement independently.

- Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results Quarterly and Annually as per SEBI guidelines as submitted in BSE and NSE.

- Preparation of Annual Report Independently with all notes to accounts of the Company.

- Assisting on the related workings of financial statements independently like Depreciation Working, Related Party Workings, Closing Stock Calculation, CSR Workings, Income Tax Calculations, Deferred Tax Calculations and other related workings.

- Instruments working as required in the notes to accounts in Financial Statements.

- To Coordinate work with the Subsidiaries Companies for the financial statements.

- Preparation of Statement of Income of the Company for filing of Income Tax Return.

- Good exposure in IND AS financial statements.
