Manager/Senior Manager - Flight Operation/Administration

JD:

- Responsible for maintaining the repository for documents and coordinating with the sub functions under flight operations for the same.

- Coordinate with various operations teams to support in documentation and general administration.

- Escalate all major union and workforce grievances to Director - Flight Operations and/or other appropriate personnel.

- Provide coordination support to CMS for communications across Cabin Crew leads and Commercial (Network planning).

- Track all union activity and report/document and communicate the same to the management.

- Implement the communication plan for smooth flow of critical information regarding CMS, Network Planning, etc. across the department.
