Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - NBFC

We are working for a leading NBFC clients based in Mumbai for the position of FP&A.

Job Specifications:

- Financial projections and budget setting: The team leads the forecasting and budgeting exercise and continuously projects and monitors the company's financials over the quarter and the financial year. This is a very key exercise, the output of which is discussed by the senior management with the Board of Directors before deciding on the year's targets.

- Providing Financial reporting support to FP & A team (Preparing budget/FC files)

- Supporting in ad hoc analysis.

- Providing assistance with the reporting of the P&Ls for various business groups.

- Responsible for Budgeting and Planning.

- Preparation of operating plans, monthly variance analysis with reasons for variance.

- Manage the entire Planning process.

Experience : 5-8 years

Qualification : CA / MBA
