Opening for the position of Manager/ Senior Manager - FP&A with one of the largest Market research and consulting firm globally.

Role : Manager / Senior Manager- FP&A

Location: Mumbai

Profile summary :

- Conduct business planning and Project based financial P&L analysis.

- Provide professional support and advice to the Business Units in financial reporting, business units and team performance monitoring, Project P&L analysis, and cost controls etc.

- Perform analysis on financial and operational efficiency trends in the business to provide insight in supporting Management's decision-making.

- Analyze and interpret financial data, billing revenue analysis.

- Ensuring appropriate controls are in place for both P&L and Balance Sheet, questioning and investigating all potential control weaknesses.

- Core Competencies covering Financial Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis

- Proficient in executing accounting and financial analysis.

- Preparation of MIS & submission of Budgets and Forecasts to Region and Group

- Job Book Management with Business Leaders and Job Owners

- Preparation and presentations of Revenue and Cost analysis

- Reviewing the strategic and operational framework including the policies, processes, and internal systems.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERINCE :

- CA / MBA from a premiere institute

- Experience of 10+ years in big, renowned Multinational companies

- Prior experience of working in all facets of finance processes.
