Manager/ Sr Manager - FP&A - Fintech

- CA with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience needed for one of the leading fintech firms based in Gurgaon for the role of Financial Planning & Analysis.

- Strong understanding of P&L, growth drivers and cost drivers

- Building and managing P&L and KPIs for multiple business units

- Forecasting the revenue, costs, and profits for business lines as part of annual operating plan AOP and monthly/3M rolling forecasts

- Tracking the monthly/quarterly performance against AOP

- Highlighting insights in every business line for optimization of revenue/costs

- Financial reporting to senior management

- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
