Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFSI

- Work with functional heads to build their annual budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators.

- Present monthly/quarterly functional variance and support in identifying the root cause of the variance and the course correction required - both for cost and revenue centres

- Redevelop new and maintain current reporting of key performance indicators. Support in determining the relationships and share meaningful insights across the organisation through BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.

- To delivery meaningful insights into business performance

- Building performance models - across functions and segments and support productivity and/or cost saving initiatives
