Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

I am hiring for FP&A at Associate or Sr. Manager grade with one of the leading MNC Captive Market institute.

JOB PURPOSE: - Manage end-to-end delivery of Key reporting for Group FP&A. Ownership of end-to-end process from understanding to delivering key reporting requirements. Provide key support in important deliverables in CFO report, MBR and Key management deliverables. Support Planning / forecasting processes with insight into business performance drivers including identifying Risk and opportunities

Our Ideal Candidate

- An experienced finance professional with relevant experience in Banking / Financial Services industry.

- Strong knowledge of banking products and good understanding of Balance Sheet and RWA.

- Working knowledge of OBIEE (PMI / RMI), Hyperion (MRC / HP / HPCM), SAP BPC, Financial Analytics.

- Strong integrity and ability to challenge the views of others in a constructive manner.

- Ability to manage different stakeholders through active engagement and partnership.

- A resilient and confident self-starter with well-developed communication and inter-personal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines
